I present you hot Snaco artses!

I know, it's been like forever since I've drawn on the computer nevermind finished anything worthwhile.  X^D  I'll also be posting some handdrawn sketches.  You can go see some of them (the ones I've already posted) on my DeviantArt page.  There's like 5 more that I need to clean up which I'm going to post.  What's up there now is a couple Snape & Draco's, a Morgan Merryweather and a sketch of my original characters Prince Fahid/Syed & Magus Nasir.  I'm leaning on Syed instead of Fahid.  Sounds better to me.  I dunno, what do you think?  X^D

Anyways on to the art considering it's been like forever.  I started out with a background, but then gave up and said the hell with it.  X^D  It was going to take too long and I was growing frustrated.  As it is now, I could go back and do a background at my leisure.  They were in a hallway but then I recalled that I wanted them in Snape's chambers . . .  So yeah.  WHATEV.  I left the gradient and just took everything else I'd sketched out.

So basically this is what we Snaco fans wish really happened after Snape escorted Draco out of Slughorn's Yule party . . .  X^DDD

Notes:  I was very, very excited that this came out so good considering I've not used my tablet in over a year or so.  X^DDD  I swear!  But I have been sketching by hand so maybe that kept my skillz up?  ;^)  There was joy, there was frustration and then panic when I realized I couldn't remember and/or find the password to the server space chrome_animagus set up for me . . .  8^O  But I found it so thank god . . .  X^D

In other news, I have the day off today and hope to get a few things accomplished around here.  Though I need to go out for a green tea latte at Starbucks.  I generally hate Starbucks but I do like those . . .  it's the only thing I DO like there.  Oh, shit . . .  nevermind I shall be driving.  I forgot my truck is almost empty!  The only things I really need to worry about are doing the Summer Reads prize drawings later on and making sure we are at the Town Hall around quarter of 7 with pizzas in tow to set up for tonight's MST3K fest.  I doubt anyone will come but John and I will enjoy ourselves.  X^DDD

Tomorrow we'll be heading to New Hampshire in the am with the 'rents and the bro.  That should be fun!  The place we're staying at for a two-night getaway has an indoor water slide park!  How awesome is that???  X^D  Saturday we're not sure yet what we're doing exactly.  But Sunday we're going on a private tour of the Annheiser-Busch brewery.  My dad is thrilled.  That's his favorite beer.  I'd rather go to Sam Adams.  Though the tour we got when we last went kinda sucked balls.  I'd like to go again and hope the person who does the tour actually knows what he/she is talking about.  So hopefully that should be fun.

In other news, I'm working diligently on my daily_deviant post and it's coming out rather well! I probably shouldn't say anything in case I jinx it but . . . X^D I'll take the risk. I plan to work on it some more tonight, hopefully for another couple hours at least.

And yes, still way behind. :^\ Probably will be for the rest of my life now. :^P

For those of you who don't know Lord Vernon Docard and his adopted son/lover Timothy Docard are characters of my own creation developed from Sims I made . . . There's a lot more characters in this universe, and I am still debating whether to combine them with my other original characters (from my original fantasy novel) or to keep them separate. I think I'll probably end up keeping them separate just because it would just get too damn big. *ROFLMAO!

Notes/Comments: I have to say I'm really, really pleased with myself on this piece for a few reasons a) I drew my original characters without even looking at their Sims b) I actually drew a decent background (esp. the window and candle) 8^O c) it's original (yay!) and in general I'm happy with it! And my friend is currently trying to knock it down . . . hmm. *ROFLMAO!* Friend I'm talking to on MSN . . . :^\ That would figure . . . But I don't care. I'm happy with it! :^P

Anyone know of any asylums where I can post original slashy art?

Oh, update on other matters . . . No idea what's going on with my brother now and I have to say I'm very worried . . . I already tried to call my parents two times, both numbers and can't get a hold of anyone. :^\ I'm going to try again as soon as I post this.

Also, we were supposed to go bowling with Christina & family but they are still in Boston (?) apparently so I dunno what's happening there.

ETA: I finally got a hold of my dad and they're home and Brandon is okay. Phew. Jeesh. *LOL!* They got home at 1 p.m. so apparently I called too early before (at noontime). I'm glad about that . . . One thing less to worry about. :^]
